A.1. Forming groups
In this design challenge we had more freedom in forming groups. We were allowed to pick our team members by ourselves based on people who we do prefer to work with or others who have the same interest in doing a certain topic. Therefore, I joined some of my trustful friends who I worked before with and I am familiar with. We have created a team of 5 members and decided to go with designing solutions for Orientation week (Oweek ).
A.2. Ideation
We have chosen to design solution for Oweek because we had attended one or more orientation in QUTIC and we felt there were a deficiency in Oweek plan. Some of us felt disappointed when the went and other felt they did not get what they expected. So we started to brainstorm the negativities on the Oweek plan and then some things we wish to add. We used one of Oweek distributed plan to foundation, to achieve better analysis of the plan.

B. Reflection on teamwork
Since we are all second semester students and we have worked together in other projects. We had developed a sense of understanding of each other characteristic and the way to deal with each others. Team was extremely collaborative , each member has participated and showed their passion in making this a successful project . Looking forward to see how this project will go.
